2. Products and Authenticity
All Fostoria crystal products sold by Layne Reserve are authentic vintage pieces sourced from a single estate auction. Each set includes a numbered certificate of authenticity. We guarantee 100% authenticity or your money back. Product images are representative; minor variations in pattern clarity or coloring may occur due to the vintage nature of the glassware.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards. Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state law. Promo codes are subject to the terms stated at the time of issuance and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
4. Shipping
We offer Standard Shipping ($12.99, 5–7 business days), Expedited Shipping ($24.99, 2–3 business days), Overnight Shipping ($39.99, next business day), and Local Pickup in Celina, TX (free). Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns of unopened sets within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. Limitation of Liability
Layne Reserve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
