Pre-Order — Ships April 2026
All orders placed now are pre-orders. The Fostoria Collection is currently in final preparation and will ship in April 2026. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Your payment is processed at the time of order, and you may cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.

Shipping times are estimates and begin from the April 2026 ship date, not from the date of order. We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.
Packaging
Each set ships inside its luxury cigar-style magnetic closure gift box, which is then placed in a custom-fitted outer shipping box with double-wall corrugated protection and foam inserts. Every shipment is fully insured against breakage in transit. In the rare event that your glasses arrive damaged, we will replace them at no charge — just email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Fostoria crystal. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unopened, unused sets in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label or instructions within 1 business day.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
- Sets that have been opened or used are not eligible for return, but may be exchanged if defective.
- Gift orders may be returned for store credit.
Authenticity Guarantee
Every set includes a numbered Certificate of Authenticity confirming it is genuine vintage Fostoria crystal from the 1950s–1980s era. If you ever have doubts about the authenticity of your purchase, contact us and we will provide full documentation. We offer a 100% authenticity guarantee — if your set is ever determined to be inauthentic, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
